Manny Ferreira is an Architect turned Owner’s Representative, guiding real estate development and renovation projects from early planning stages through design and construction on behalf of owners and developers.
Born and raised in Rhode Island, Manny’s passion for art, design, and the built environment led him to study architecture at the New England Institute of Technology and Boston Architectural College.
After designing buildings throughout the East Coast, Manny became interested in shaping projects from the owner’s perspective. That interest inspired a vision and mission for his work:
Vision: To enhance human well-being through art, design, and the built environment.
Mission: To develop thoughtfully designed spaces that enrich how people live, work, connect, and evolve.
To broaden his understanding of real estate development, Manny earned his Real Estate Salesperson’s license, advised buyers and sellers, and partnered with a local developer to co-develop single-family homes.
After more than 11 years in architecture, he joined KCM Group in January 2018 to gain experience in construction and project delivery. He initially served as both a Construction Project Manager and Owner’s Project Manager before focusing exclusively on representing owners in March 2020.
His experience as an Owner’s Representative includes schools, community centers, and more than $100 million in completed housing developments.
Today, Manny serves as Director of Housing Projects at KCM Group, an employee-owned company, overseeing more than $150 million in housing projects across various stages of development.
