Role: Architect, Construction Manager, Developer (Canvas Earth,LLC)
Renovation to a 1970’s mid-century modern home. Project consisted of interior demolition down to studs , new insulation, drywall, doors, flooring, lighting, spiral stair case, full kitchen & bath, and more. Exterior renovations included new second floor private outdoor deck with 6ft high cedar deck fence, exterior paint, and cedar soffit accents.
